From Cowan: Take Hwy 41A toward Sewanee up the mountain. Turn left onto University Avenue and continue until you reach Sewanee Holistic Health at 141 University Avenue, which will be on your left.
From I24 at Monteagle: Take exit 134 (Monteagle/Sewanee exit). Turn onto North 41A toward Sewanee and The University of the South. Turn right at the main entrance to the University. This will be University Avenue. Follow University Avenue until you reach Sewanee Holistic Health at 141 University Avenue, which will be on your right.

I am generally available from 8AM until 7PM Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday mornings. I work weekends and most holidays, except Christmas day and Easter day. I am also available, at an extra charge, for home or office visits with my massage chair or table. The charge for travel varies on distance, and whether or not I need to bring my chair or table. Some elderly or infirm clients do not need me to bring my chair or table.
